What Are You Cooking For Thanksgiving?

With Thanksgiving FAST approaching, I am curious as to what our readers are planning to cook this Thanksgiving..

Please share with us your holiday recipes that you plan on making this Thanksgiving. Drop us a comment so you can share with us your menu for Thanksgiving.

We haven’t really decided on exactly what we will be making this Thanksgiving as of yet. I know that we will be making those Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes that we shared as one of our side dishes for sure. I have a very large family so my Thanksgiving “Feast” as my niece likes to call it consists of about 40 guests.

My house is not that large 😦 so that often consists of eating in shifts (and lots of cocktails). Thank God that the men for half of the day seem to be occupied with Football.

My past Thanksgiving menu has mainly consisted of Ham,Turkey,Lasagna, Stuffing (or dressing), Candied Sweet Potatoes, Corn Casserole, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, Corn Bread, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes. Along with a hot chocolate bar (for the children) and a dessert table. I usually have at least 8 to 10 appetizers to hold the guests off while I finish up the main course.

I am looking to add something new and special to this year’s Thanksgiving. So drop us a comment and let us know what you plan on cooking or any suggestions.

Thank you….
